Key Delivery is a parcel delivery company operating in Kuwait. We collect parcels by hand, carry them in our own vehicles, and hand them to recipients at their door.

Signing up is free and open to everyone. Open the app, tap "Create a new account", and choose: a customer who wants to send or receive a parcel, or a store that wants delivery service. Your account works immediately, with no approval and no contract required.

What you can do:

• Request a pickup from an address and set the delivery address.
• Follow the parcel's status: picked up, on the road, delivered.
• See the delivery proof photo taken when the parcel is handed over.
• Track international shipments by carrier tracking number.
• Get instant notifications when a parcel status changes.
• View the history of your own orders.

The app is free and contains no paid content and no paid features. You pay only for carrying the parcel, and that fee is settled outside the app — cash at the door or a periodic settlement.
