ElevatHER is a personal development app for women who want to grow their confidence, leadership and everyday resilience — one small step at a time.

Built by Vision Tree, a Brussels-based non-profit working at the intersection of psychology, technology and education, ElevatHER turns proven personal-development practice into short daily sessions you can actually finish.

A EUROPEAN PROJECT ElevatHER is developed within the Erasmus+ project 2024-1-DE02-KA220-ADU-000255942, led by SMart (Germany) with partners AVITEUM (Czechia), BORIS (Poland), K.A.N.E. (Greece) and Vision Tree (Belgium). Every module was created and reviewed by this partnership, drawing on their combined experience in psychology, adult education, community work and social innovation.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND INSIDE

Daily learning modules Short, guided sessions on self-confidence, leadership, networking, public speaking, creativity, self-care, breathwork, gratitude and digital courage. Each module mixes reading, reflection questions and practical exercises — around 10 minutes a day.

Power Simulator An interactive self-assessment that maps your strengths and blind spots across several dimensions of personal power. You get a clear result, a micro-practice to try, and a recommended module to continue with.

Daily check-in A quick daily reflection that tracks how your power level develops over time, so progress becomes visible instead of vague.

Community stories Real experiences shared by women across Europe. Read them, react to them, and add your own when you're ready.

Six languages English, Dutch, German, Czech, Greek and Polish — built for a multilingual European audience from day one.
