Physiological Solutions Companion

Physiological Solutions Companion is a fitness and performance tool for training and education. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Companion app is for athletes working one-to-one with a coach who uses the Physiological Solutions platform — a sports-science platform used by independent coaches and sport-science practitioners. Each athlete is paired with their own personal coach and receives their own individual training plan. The app is a personal companion that gives you access to your own training, recovery, nutrition and wellness data, syncs with your wearables, and lets you stay in touch with your coach.

WHO CAN USE THE APP Athletes can use this app once a coach who uses the Physiological Solutions platform has invited them. Ask your coach to invite you, or visit physiologicalsolutions.app to learn more. Coaches can start a free 14-day trial at physiologicalsolutions.app/signup. All coaching, programme design, planning and analysis is performed by the coach on the separate web platform; the app is the athlete-side companion.
