SimpleCasts is a podcast player built for people who care about their listening — not for advertisers, not for an algorithm trying to grow at your expense.

Follow any podcast by RSS feed, build a queue that survives between devices, and just press play. Your progress, queue, archives, and library follow you between iPhone, iPad, web, and CarPlay.

WHAT'S IN THE APP • Inbox — every new episode from podcasts you follow, in one place • Queue — drag to reorder, swipe to archive, autoplay the next • CarPlay — full Queue, Inbox, Podcasts, and Playlists tabs in the car • Chapters — view, jump, and seek inside episodes that support them • Smart playlists — rules-based lists that auto-add matching new episodes • Bookmarks — save a moment in an episode with a note, jump back later • Downloads — cache episodes for offline listening, Wi-Fi only if you prefer • Cross-device sync — progress, queue, and library stay current everywhere • Sleep timer, playback speed from 0.75× to 2.0×, customizable skip intervals • Push notifications when a podcast you follow releases a new episode

WHAT'S NOT IN THE APP • No advertising — not in the player, not anywhere • No tracking, no analytics SDK, no fingerprinting • No social feed, no recommendations algorithm, no "trending" • No data sharing with third parties for marketing

A small set of features (smart playlists, bookmarks, unlimited subscriptions, episode chapters) are available to paying users only. New accounts get a 14-day free trial of most features.
