Open the app. It's already recording. Speak. Tap Done. Then paste the text wherever you need it: messages, notes, mail, any text field.

Hallig does not rewrite what you say. No filler words removed, no grammar corrected, nothing "improved". Punctuation and capitalisation come from the recognition. After that, nothing else touches your text.

No account. No cloud. No analytics. No tracking. Your voice never leaves your device. Recognition runs on the iPhone itself; a model is downloaded once, after that Hallig needs no internet for it.

And if you don't want even your device to keep a copy: in Privacy Mode the text goes to your clipboard, but neither the recording nor the text is saved.

QUICK ACCESS

• Siri and Shortcuts: "Hey Siri, Hallig" starts recording • Action Button: one press is enough • Tap the back of your iPhone twice or three times (set up via Shortcuts) • Widgets: start recording from the Home or Lock Screen • Dynamic Island: timer and stop button while you record

APPLE WATCH

Record on your watch, without your iPhone in hand. As soon as your iPhone is nearby, it turns the recording into text and puts it in the clipboard. From there Apple's Universal Clipboard carries it to your other Apple devices.

Both devices need the same Apple Account, with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on. The transfer from the watch takes a moment.

LANGUAGES

The built-in recognition covers around 22 languages and shows your words live as you speak. If you need more, download a model: Parakeet for 25 European languages, WhisperKit for up to 99. Which recognitions are available depends on your device.
