Homebuyer Prep is a privacy-first app for people preparing to buy a home or get housing counseling.

Use the app to:

• organize household finances, debts, assets, and budget items
• estimate the full cost of homeownership, including taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities, and other recurring costs
• compare purchase-price, rate, and payment scenarios with interactive planning tools once your plan has enough detail
• complete a buyer-friendly intake that maps behind the scenes to MISMO-aligned housing counseling fields
• export a PDF report when you choose
• optionally create technical agency import, JSON, appendix, or password-protected files when requested

Designed for transparency:

• one local household record on the device
• no account creation
• no lender portal
• no automatic submission to counseling agencies or lenders
• exports are created only when the user asks for them
