PRESTO-PsA is a risk calculator that estimates the probability that an individual with psoriasis will develop psoriatic arthritis over 1- and 5-year time horizons, based on clinical and demographic factors. PRESTO-PsA was derived from a large, longitudinal cohort of patients with psoriasis

How It Works • Confirm that you are a healthcare professional. • Select the 1-year or 5-year risk calculator. • Enter the requested information (e.g., age, duration of psoriasis, nail involvement, stiffness, pain, fatigue scores, systemic treatment history). • Tap “Show Risk” to display the estimated risk of developing psoriatic arthritis within the selected time frame.

The prediction models underlying PRESTO-PsA were developed as part of an ongoing research initiative to better understand PsA risk among individuals with psoriasis and to support earlier recognition of patients who may benefit from further evaluation.
