AutoHandy Master is the official app for automotive technicians and workshop providers on the AutoHandy platform. Connect your business to real customers who book and pay for services through the AutoHandy customer app—then run every job from one place on your phone.

GET NEW WORK • View urgent and standard repair orders in your area • Respond to SOS and high-priority requests with real-time alerts • Review vehicle details, customer photos, and job notes before you accept • Filter orders by category, car type, and priority

MANAGE YOUR WORKSHOP • Build and update your workshop profile and service menu • Set categories, subcategories, and pricing • Configure working hours and availability • Track performance with ratings, reviews, and activity summaries

RUN JOBS END TO END • Accept orders, update status, and message customers in-app • Open maps and navigate to the job location (with your permission) • Request and approve add-on services during a job • Upload completion photos and mark jobs finished when work is done

GET PAID RELIABLY • Connect a Stripe Connect account for identity verification and bank payout setup • See estimated payouts and checkout history for completed card-paid orders • Funds follow platform and Stripe rules (pending → available → bank transfer)

STAY IN THE LOOP • Push notifications for new orders, messages, and status changes • In-app support by email, phone, and WhatsApp • Privacy Policy and Security documents available in the app

REQUIREMENTS • An AutoHandy Master account (phone sign-in) • Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts for paid orders • Location, camera, and notification permissions where needed for jobs and navigation

AutoHandy Master is for service providers only. Customers book services in the separate AutoHandy customer app.
