24 Block: Day Planner

I’ve really been enjoying this app! The visual timeline and statistics make it incredibly easy to see where my time is actually going throughout the week. I especially love the Live Activity on my Lock Screen showing my current activity, elapsed time, goal, and progress bar. It makes time blocking much easier to follow without constantly opening the app. One feature I would LOVE to see added is the ability to overlay or nest tasks within a larger activity/location without double-counting the time. For example, if I’m at work from 10:00–6:30, I’d like “Work” to remain the main 8.5-hour block while also tracking things I do during that time—opening, truck, inventory, lunch, breaks, closing, etc. Those subtasks could have their own statistics, but wouldn’t add extra hours to the overall daily/weekly total. It would be especially useful if this could work with locations—for example, while I’m at a saved Work location, all of the tasks I track there could fall underneath that Work block automatically. The app already gives me one of the clearest pictures I’ve found of how I actually spend my time. Nested/overlapping tasks would make it nearly perfect for people who want both a big-picture view of their day and detailed tracking within those blocks.
