How to Use • Sign up — Create an account with a username, add your name and bio, and set a profile photo • Create a post — Tap the + button, write what happened, what you learned, and your advice; add hashtags and optionally post anonymously • Explore & connect — Search for users, follow them through request-based connections, and like, comment, repost, or save posts that resonate with you • Start a reflection session — Open the Reflection Coach, talk through an experience using voice, answer 3 guided questions, and optionally save your insights as a post • Engage daily — Check notifications for likes, comments, and follows, chat with your community, and reflect on your growth over time
