元朗游泳會透過手機應用程式及網站平台，為泳會、教練、家長及學員建立一個嶄新嘅溝通橋樑，全面整合泳隊及習泳班嘅管理與營運。

主要目的： · 加強訊息流通：即時發放泳班安排、天氣變化、泳池開放狀態及特別通告，家長可以第一時間掌握最新資訊。 · 減少行政工作：自動化學費收費、課程報名、出席記錄及教練權限管理，大幅減輕行政人手負擔。 · 實現無紙化管理：所有通告、報名表、學員記錄全面電子化，推動環保營運，提升整體管理效率。

透過呢個平台，我哋希望建立一個更緊密、更透明、更高效嘅泳會社群，讓家長更放心，教練更專注教學，學員更享受游泳嘅樂趣！

Yuen Long Swimming Association introduces a brand new communication bridge through our mobile application and website platform, connecting the club, coaches, parents, and students. This platform fully integrates the management and operation of our swim teams and learn-to-swim classes.

Main Objectives: · Enhanced Information Flow: Instantly distribute class schedules, weather updates, pool opening status, and special announcements, allowing parents to access the latest information immediately. · Reduced Administrative Work: Automate fee collection, course registration, attendance records, and coach permission management, significantly reducing administrative workload. · Paperless Management: Digitize all notices, registration forms, and student records, promoting eco-friendly operations and improving overall management efficiency.
