Skylog is the operations platform built for flight clubs. Whether you're a club admin keeping aircraft airworthy and members compliant, or a renter who just wants to book a plane and get flying, Skylog handles the details.

AIRCRAFT SCHEDULING Reserve aircraft in seconds. Skylog shows real-time availability across your club's fleet and prevents double-bookings automatically. Overnight and multi-day reservations are supported, with configurable minimum booking requirements. A backup reservation queue lets members get notified the moment a slot opens up. Recurring bookings let you lock in regular training slots, with easy cancellation of individual sessions or the full series.

PRE-FLIGHT & POST-FLIGHT CHECKOUT Before you fly, record your Hobbs and Tach readings directly in the app. After landing, check in with your post-flight readings. Skylog calculates your flight time accurately — no paper logs, no disputes.

MESSAGING Stay connected with your club. Send messages to individual members or the full club roster from the Messages tab. Admins can reach the entire membership instantly. Unread badges keep everyone up to date.

INSTRUCTOR BOOKINGS When an aircraft requires an instructor, Skylog handles the pairing automatically. Renters request an instructor at booking time. Instructors accept or decline from their own dedicated tab. If a request is declined, the renter is notified right away so they can rebook.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when your reservation is confirmed, when a maintenance block affects your upcoming flight, when a spot opens in the backup queue, or when an instructor responds to your request. Notifications work in real time so you're never caught off guard.

OFFLINE-READY SCHEDULE The schedule is cached on-device so you can check availability and view your upcoming reservations even without a connection. Changes sync automatically when you're back online.

FOR CLUB ADMINS

Maintenance Hub — Track oil change intervals, 100-hour inspections, and annual due dates across your entire fleet. Progress bars show time remaining at a glance. Log service events with tach readings. Squawk reports from renters surface directly in the hub and are automatically triaged using on-device Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro and later) — categorizing each issue and flagging potential grounding concerns before your mechanic even picks up the phone.

Dispatch & Billing — Check aircraft out and back in from the Dispatch view. Post-flight billing is calculated automatically from Hobbs and Tach readings logged by the renter.

Aircraft Management — Add aircraft to the fleet, track tail numbers, configure booking rules, and flag aircraft that require an instructor.

Maintenance Blocks — Schedule maintenance windows that automatically prevent bookings during that time. Affected members are notified immediately.

Member Management — Approve new members, assign roles (renter, instructor, admin), and monitor recency requirements to keep your club's insurance compliant.

Insurance & Recency Tracking — Log member currency events and set recency thresholds. Skylog flags members who have fallen out of currency before they book.

PDF Invoicing — Generate itemized invoices from Hobbs/Tach-calculated flight time. Send them directly from the app.

MULTI-CLUB ARCHITECTURE Each flight club is a fully isolated tenant. Admins create their club and share a club code with members. Renters join with that code — no personal data crosses club boundaries.

PRIVACY FIRST Skylog uses no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics. Your club's data stays in your club.

Skylog requires a club account. Renters join with a club code provided by their club administrator. New clubs can be created from the Admin onboarding flow.
