Native CDRL generation in 11 seconds. IoT edge intelligence. DCAA-compliant timekeeping. AI operational assistant. Built for the task order.
FORGE is the operational platform built for the task order — not for the enterprise. While other platforms take 18 months to implement and assume stable connectivity, dedicated IT teams, and a workforce that does not rotate every six months, FORGE was built for contingency operations from day one.
KEY CAPABILITIES
• Native CDRL Generation — DD-FORM-1423 format Monthly Status Reports, QSSRs, and equipment CDRLs generated in 11 seconds from live operational data
• IoT Edge Intelligence — real-time telemetry from Jetson Orin Nano edge devices on generators, HVAC, and vehicles via AWS IoT Core
• Ask FORGE — AI operational assistant that answers questions in plain English: "Show me all vehicles overdue for service" or "Generate the April CDRL"
• DCAA-Compliant Timekeeping — daily entry enforcement, supervisor certification, WBS allocation, ICE requirements implemented from the first timecard
• 3-Tap Field UX — close a work order in three taps, report a fault in two taps and one voice sentence; designed for dirty gloves, intermittent satellite, outdoor sunlight
• Task Order Lifecycle — task order creation, execution, AQL scoring, CDRL tracking, close-out as native data model entities
BUILT FOR DEFENSE LOGISTICS
FORGE serves contractors operating on LOGCAP V, AFCAP, WEXMAC, SOFGLSS, AFSOC Sustainment, TSOC Support, USACE MATOC/SATOC, EAGLE/EFDS, OASIS+, SABER, and other DoD task order vehicles. The platform is purpose-built for the operational realities these contracts impose: forward-deployed sites, intermittent connectivity, rotating workforce, DCAA audit cycles, and prime contractor accountability.
OFFLINE-FIRST ARCHITECTURE
FORGE works without cloud connectivity. Field data captures, work order updates, asset scans, and CDRL drafts are stored locally and synchronized to the GovCloud backend when connectivity restores. 72+ hours of offline operation is the design baseline.
GOVCLOUD-NATIVE SECURITY
FORGE operates in AWS GovCloud (us-gov-east-1) with FIPS 140-2 endpoints, customer-managed KMS keys, mTLS for IoT device communication, and 7-year WORM audit log retention. Authentication via AWS Cognito with Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode for biometric unlock.
ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION
FORGE integrates with Deltek Costpoint, SAP S/4HANA, JAMIS, GCSS-Army, and the TAK ecosystem (ATAK, WinTAK, TAKX) via Cursor-on-Target XML. Maximo migration path provided for organizations transitioning from legacy CMMS.
ACCESS
FORGE is licensed to defense contractors and government organizations through Jackson Group Consulting and BigOne Platforms. The app requires an active tenant account; download alone does not provide platform access. To learn more or request a pilot, visit bigforgeone.com.
