DFI Link is the ‘one unified hub’ to digitalize and revolutionize the end-to-end team member experience across DFI. It is a platform, integrating with ServiceNow to address needs across office worker and store team members, functions to provide seamless interactions. Key functions involved:

• HR Onboarding/Offboarding & Team Member Services
• Store Operations Process Workflows & Approvals
• Instant Messaging

The core functions is mostly powered by ServiceNow and the mobile application is to provide the 'access anywhere' experience to employee.

This application is designed for iPhone only and is not optimized for iPad.
