Turn on the ring light for a softer, more flattering view, and adjust it from warm to cool for the look you want. Freeze the mirror with the snowflake button, or long-press anywhere on the canvas when your hands are busy. Zoom in with pinch-to-zoom or the zoom panel when you need a closer look at eyeliner, lashes, or brows. Show a composition grid for better symmetry and steadier framing. Set a selfie timer before you save a shot to your Private Album. Add skin smoothing when you want a softer saved selfie, with the effect off by default. Hide the dock and top buttons with one tap for an uninterrupted mirror view. Save selfies to a Private Album inside the app, lock it with Face ID if you want, and export a photo to your library only when you choose.
