The app is built on a simple, progressive three-step approach:

1. Initial Hearing Test Your journey begins with a comprehensive hearing test. You will listen to various sounds to precisely evaluate your current hearing capacity. Based on the results, the app calculates your "hearing age," allowing you to see how your hearing compares to your actual age.

2. Personalized Routine Once your assessment is complete, you will receive a daily routine tailored to your results. The goal is not to improve hearing, but to stimulate it in order to slow down future degradation as much as possible and maintain your current auditory health.

3. Daily Tracking and Features Sound Exercises: Each day, you will complete exercises by listening to specific sounds (rain, soothing tones, targeted frequencies) designed to maintain your auditory capabilities.

Streaks: A consistency tracker encourages you to follow your routine every day by displaying your number of consecutive days completed.

Noise Environment Analysis: The app analyzes the noise levels around you to evaluate your daily exposure. You will receive alerts in case of excessive noise exposure to help you protect your ears.

Stats and Reports: A dedicated dashboard allows you to view your results, track the evolution of your hearing, and identify your strengths and areas for improvement.
