Association DERA Cooperative

Dera is a community volunteer coordination platform operated by Dera Association for Search, Rescue and Relief, a licensed cooperative non-profit association in the Tabuk Region of Saudi Arabia.

Dera is NOT an official emergency service. The app coordinates non-critical community assistance and does not replace contacting official services in life-threatening situations.

HOW IT WORKS

Residents submit a community assistance request (vehicle breakdown, stuck vehicle, missing person notification, supply request, or community field assistance). The request reaches Dera's volunteer operations coordination center, and nearby volunteers are notified. A volunteer accepts and travels to the requester's location to provide assistance on a voluntary best-effort basis.
