A 30-day guided program Each day includes a mentor video, a check-in, a guided practice (breathing, journaling, or gratitude), and a reflection. Sessions take about 10 minutes.

A mentor who remembers Chat with your AI mentor anytime. They remember your check-ins, your reflections, and where you are in your journey. Conversations feel personal because they are built on your real progress.

Practices that build over time Breathing exercises, journaling prompts, and gratitude practices are sequenced across three phases: Open (Days 1-10), Aware (Days 11-20), and Active (Days 21-30).

Progress you can see Track your streak, mood trends, and craving patterns. A 30-day journey map shows how far you have come.
