HOW IT WORKS

Start with the 24-question assessment to uncover where you land on two dimensions: your need for reassurance and your need for space. The result isn't a label, it's a calibration. Every reframe, grounding phrase, and daily practice is personalised from there.

The app is easy and intuitive to use - when something happens, you're dysregulated or want help with any situation: → Tap "Check In", and from there you can enter any situation that you want to deal with. We will guide you where you need to go and what to do. You can also quick access the tools you know you need right from there, like checking your text's tone before sending it (Secure Send), taking a breather (Ground Me), or do a full 6-step practice from spiraling to clarity (Reset)

YOUR PRIVACY IS ABSOLUTE

The app is built on one rule - nothing leaves your phone. No accounts. No syncing to a server. No analytics. No one, including us, can see anything you write or do.

All pattern detection and scoring runs entirely on-device. Your data is never sent to external AI services or used to train any model. App Lock (Face ID / Touch ID) keeps it protected from anyone with access to your phone.

SECURE SPACE PRO

Secure Space offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for full access to resets, your Secure Path, growth signals, and advanced features and detections. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A lifetime pay-once option is available. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
