It started with a simple problem: I kept forgetting the boring stuff. When to change the air filter. Whether I'd already watered the plants. The dentist. The car registration. Upkeepa is the app I wanted for keeping track of all of it in one place, without the tracking itself turning into another chore.

Here's what it does.

Today Open the app and you see what today actually needs. Overdue things first, then your tasks, habits, and any home maintenance that's come due. Anything that isn't relevant yet stays out of the way until it matters.

Home maintenance Set up the recurring stuff around the house once and Upkeepa brings it back when it's due again. Air filter, smoke alarm batteries, gutters, the car, whatever you tend to let slide.

Habits Track daily and weekly habits and keep a streak going.

Tasks and reminders Quick to-dos and shared lists with reminder times, for the things that don't belong anywhere else.

Wellness Upkeepa isn't only about the house; it looks after you as well. There's guided breathing for winding down or falling asleep, stretching flows including a bedtime one, and short meditations. If you train, you'll find a hangboard timer, 4×4 climbing intervals, and timed weightlifting circuits. You can also log your weight and blood pressure and watch the trend over weeks, months, or the year.

Meals Plan breakfast, lunch, and dinner, save the recipes and takeout spots you actually use, and see the day's meals next to everything else in your planner.

Share with your household Everything syncs over iCloud, so family or roommates can share the same lists and chores and see what's already been handled.

On privacy: no accounts, no ads, no tracking. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud. We never see it.
