Allots keeps the people, photos, and files that matter to you in private workspaces — each one is called an "allot." Invite-only. No ads. No public profiles. No discovery feed.

WHAT YOU GET

• Chat with your group, your team, or one-on-one — text, photos, videos, voice notes, and any kind of document. Swipe to reply, react with an emoji, @-mention people, and see read receipts. • A gallery for every allot. Every photo and file ever shared, organized by Year, Month, and day — pinch to glide from a year at a glance to a rich monthly mosaic. Open Places to see it all on a map and find repeat visits kept as their own dated stories. • Documents that organise themselves. Related files gather into clear, colourful stacks with summaries you can browse by tag or year, then rename, recolour, merge, or copy to another allot. Scan a receipt or contract into a clean PDF that opens inside the app and is searchable by its contents. • Ask your Allot. Ask in plain language and keep going — follow-ups remember the conversation. Answers come from what your group actually shared, with tappable sources, and @Allot replies right in the chat. It reads the text inside your photos and PDFs too. • Keep the decisions and the money straight. Save any message as a decision or an expense; the Memory ledger collects them with running balances, each linked back to its message. • Turn a trip into a recap you can share. Pick the photos, decisions and expenses you want, and Allots builds a temporary visual recap you can reopen, share or revoke from Active Memories. • Take a whole allot offline. Mark it Available offline and its photos, documents and voice messages download over Wi-Fi, ready on a plane, underground or abroad. • Reminders that come out of the conversation. Set one from any message, or just say "remind me to call the hotel tomorrow at nine." • Send and walk away. Queue a pile of photos and videos — even big 4K clips — hit send, lock your phone, and everything keeps uploading in the background. Move or copy photos to another allot, or forward anything straight from a chat. • Yours wherever you are. Sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, or with email; share into Allots from any app; available in English, Polish, Spanish, and German; notifications you can turn off per allot.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

Your allots are private. Nobody outside the workspaces you've been invited to can see your content. No public profiles, no friend recommendations, no algorithmic feed, no ads.

You can delete your account and your data permanently from inside the app at any time — Profile → Delete account.

Report any chat that doesn't belong via the chat menu (⋮ → Report this chat). Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
