Allots keeps the people, photos, and files that matter to you in private workspaces — each one is called an "allot." Invite-only. No ads. No public profiles. No discovery feed.

WHAT YOU GET

• Chat with your group, your team, or one-on-one — text, photos, videos, voice notes, and any kind of document. • One button, intelligent search. Tap the app button at the bottom and just say what you want — "show me the invoices," "photos from Georgia," "send Lech the address." Allots understands plain language, finds your media, documents, and people, reads the text inside your photos and PDFs, and can even draft the message or set up the upload for you — in any of the app's languages. • A gallery for every allot. Every photo and file ever shared, organized by Year, Month, and day. Pinch to zoom between a year at a glance and a rich monthly mosaic, then open any photo full-screen to see it on a map of where it was taken, with camera details and one-tap favorites. • Sign in with your phone number and a one-time SMS code — no password to remember. Email sign-in still works too, and you can add a phone number to an existing account. • Send and walk away. Queue a pile of photos and videos — even big 4K clips — hit send, lock your phone, and everything keeps uploading in the background until it's done. Videos stay sharp, correctly colored, play instantly, and keep their date and place. • Scan documents right in the app — a receipt, contract, or whiteboard becomes a clean PDF that's searchable by its contents. • Reply to any message by swiping right, react with an emoji, @-mention people in groups, and watch links unfurl as you type. • Read receipts so you know whether your last message landed. • Share photos and documents straight from your Camera Roll, Files, or any other app — Allots appears in the system Share sheet. • Fully available in English, Polish, Spanish, and German — it follows your phone automatically. • Push notifications you can rely on — and turn off per allot when you need to.

PRIVACY BY DEFAULT

Your allots are private. Nobody outside the workspaces you've been invited to can see your content. No public profiles, no friend recommendations, no algorithmic feed, no ads.

You can delete your account and your data permanently from inside the app at any time — Profile → Delete account.

Report any chat that doesn't belong via the chat menu (⋮ → Report this chat). Our team reviews every report within 24 hours.
