Schemey

Schemey is a new productivity app that redefines what productivity and self-help apps are supposed to look like. Schemey's main focus isn't on giving you a short-lived motivational push, but to help you find balance in your life by building consistent and healthy habits to avoid burnout. Schemey is designed to help you reach your financial goals, not with budgeting, courses, or spend tracking, but through being your documenting center to put down your ideas, track your progress, journal, and set your goals.

How it works: Schemey is a level-based app that gives you xp for activities done, such as, setting goals, journaling, and completing daily challenges. The main page of Schemey is your "path" page that shows your progress on your ultimate money goal in a way that you can see your progress over time, such as checkpoints reached and goals completed. The idea of Schemey is to build consistency, and it does so mostly through the journal page. This is where you can plan your day through tasks, track your productivity on a 1-5 scale, journal, and complete your daily challenges. Finally, we are dedicated to keeping this app alive and new, and are constantly taking feedback and adding/changing features such as the new lockbox feature, that lets you 'lock' a reward behind goals.

KEY FEATURES

• "Schemes": With Schemey you are encouraged to think outside the box and try new ways to make money; this is why we introduced the "Scheme" feature. This is a feature that can be used simply to make goals within your part time job, or can be used to create business plans, write down ideas, and make Scheme-Specific goals to allow your creativity to flow.
• Journaling: Our journal tool allows the user to plan and track their day, journal, and give each day a rating at the end.
• Checkpoints: In addition to any checkpoints the user adds we include additional checkpoints based on your current financial state!
• Goals: Schemey focuses on achieving money goals, but we believe educational, spiritual, social, or any other goals are just as important! With Schemey any additional goals you create will show up on your "money path" the day they were completed, allowing you to look back and see how far you've come!
• Lock boxes: One of the key steps to ensuring you don't get burnt out on your journey is to reward yourself. With lock boxes, you get to create a reward or lock a habit that you are not allowed to get until the goals you "lock" it with are completed.
