HOW IT WORKS Each case opens with a clinical vignette. Clues are revealed one at a time: history, physical exam, labs, imaging, then pathology or response to treatment. You commit to a diagnosis by entering the ICD-10/11 code or the disease name from a verified autocomplete. Answers are server-validated. There is no partial credit. Wrong answers cost Sinapses and break your streak.

MODES Daily Case: one curated case per day, free forever, available in every plan. Continents: regional case packs (tropical medicine, endemic disease, climate-specific presentations). Pricing is shown on the in-app paywall and is billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
