Rostudios brings together two workouts designed to strengthen your body, focus your mind, and leave you with that macrodose of happiness. Rocycle is a 45-minute, full-body indoor cycling experience set in low light and driven by music. Rhythm leads the ride - lifting your energy, challenging your body, and helping you release and reset. Roform is a Pilates-inspired, full-body strength workout on custom reformer machines - where control, tempo, power, precision, and breathwork come together to ground you and bring your mind back home to your body.
