MEDICATION MANAGEMENT Add medications with flexible scheduling — once daily, twice daily, every X hours, or custom times. Set start and end dates, track supply counts, and get refill warnings before you run out. Double-dose protection alerts you if a dose was already logged for the same time window.

APPOINTMENTS & FOLLOW-UPS Track upcoming visits with pre-visit checklists, questions for the provider, transport details, and post-visit notes. Follow-up tasks stay visible until completed.

DAILY ROUTINES Define recurring care tasks — meals, hydration, exercise, personal care, monitoring, cognitive activities, sleep, and mobility. Set them as ongoing, for a date range, or a single day. Edit anytime as care needs change.

SHARED TIMELINE Every care action — doses logged, appointments completed, routines done, schedule changes — is recorded in an append-only timeline visible to all caregivers. Filter by event type, caregiver, or date range.

MULTI-CAREGIVER COLLABORATION (Coming soon) Invite up to 3 family caregivers with role-based access (owner, primary, secondary, read-only). Data syncs across devices via iCloud. Face ID protects access to admin functions.

PRIVACY FIRST All data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud. No third-party analytics, no ads, no data leaves the device for AI processing. On-device OCR for prescription label scanning and AI-assisted summaries use Apple's on-device models only.
