HOW IT WORKS

Set up a shared device in your treatment room and enrol it with your clinic's unique code. Practitioners sign in with a secure PIN, and clients provide consent before each consultation begins.

Clinara records the session audio securely on the device and uploads it over an encrypted connection. The recording is then transcribed and analysed by AI to produce a structured draft treatment note covering the consultation details, treatment plan, and aftercare.

Every AI-generated note is presented to the practitioner for review and approval — nothing is finalised without sign-off.
