Why can I not see next semesters registered classes? There should be a drop down to select semesters and see the registration status, like checking the waitlist. There’s a lot missing from this app that was in the previous one.

I have tried multiple times to sign in. I reached out to the service desk multiple times to get help about signing in. I send my email and the error message I get. The responses have been… just sign in online… we don’t let students from the next semester log in too early… we’re working on it. There is no support for this app. Just generic answers to placate people. What kind of support says just do something else? Is there any attempt to correct this? What’s the point of this app if you can’t use it?
