A 90's retro inspired music player that puts the Apple Music catalog in your pocket.

CryoTunes Player is a retro music player built around curated Apple Music stations. Pick a mood, a decade, or a focus frequency. The app streams straight from your Apple Music subscription through a monospaced LCD display with ice-blue controls.

Stations included:

MUSIC — Ambient, Chill, Jazz, Country, Electronic, New in Pop, Rock Station, R&B Now, Hits in Spatial Audio, Big Band & Swing, Early Jazz & Swing, Jazz Age, Ragtime & Classics.

APPLE RADIO — Pink Floyd, Tony Bennett, Daft Punk, Enya, Nova Jazzers, Enigma, Relax, Focus, Energy, Feel Good.

POPULAR HITS — Every decade from the 1950s through the 2020s.

SOUND MACHINE — Infinite rain, forest sounds, babbling brook, tropical thunderstorm, ocean waves, waterfall, Tibetan monks chanting Om, and ASMR loops (oscillating fan, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer).

FOCUS — Concentration and meditation tracks.

MY MUSIC — Browse your own playlists, albums, and artists the same way you browse the stations.

Thumbs-up a song to save it to a per-station playlist in your Apple Music library.

Long-press the album art to open the current album inside CryoTunes, add it to your library, play it on demand, or share the song over AirDrop, Messages, or Mail.

Identify what's playing with Shazam in the real world. Matched songs are saved to a "Shazamed Songs" playlist in your library.

An LCD ticker at the top shows the time, temperature, conditions, and your location, so you can see what's outside without leaving the app.

Sleep timer with 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-hour, and 4-hour options. When the timer runs out, playback stops.

AirPlay routes your audio to HomePod, Apple TV, or any compatible speaker.
