OPTIONAL CONTEXT With your permission, add nearby WeatherKit context and selected Apple Health data. Migrena reports when context is missing and does not request these permissions until you choose.

TREATMENTS AND CYCLE CONTEXT Keep medicines taken during an episode separate from preventive-treatment periods. Optional cycle observations require enough adequately recorded cycles and never imply causation.

CLINICIAN-READY EXPORTS Create free PDF and JSON reports with a concise summary and detailed timeline for a clinician visit.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL Record analysis runs on your device. Permissions are optional, and you can independently disable or delete optional cycle context or delete all local app data.

Migrena organizes your records. It does not diagnose, predict attacks, identify causes, recommend medication changes, or replace professional medical care.
