Wiretap is a multiplayer word game for groups of 4 to 12. Play online with friends anywhere using a room code or link, gather everyone on one Wi-Fi for a party game in the same room, or fill the seats with bots and play alone. No accounts, just a codename.

HOW A ROUND WORKS • One player on your team gets a secret three-digit code and writes a clue for each digit. • Your team taps the matching keywords in order. Miss it and you take a miscommunication. • The other team sees your clues too. If they guess your code, they score an interception. • Two interceptions win the game. Two miscommunications lose it.

Your keywords never change, and every clue you have ever given stays on the table. The longer the game runs, the more the other team knows. Say too much and they crack you. Say too little and your own team misses. That tension is the whole game.

PLAY YOUR WAY • Online: share a code or link and friends join from anywhere. • Nearby: everyone on the same Wi-Fi, no internet needed. • Solo: bots on both teams, good for practice or a quick round. • 2 to 6 players per team. The clue writer rotates, so everyone gets a turn.

BOTS THAT ACTUALLY PLAY Five bots, from Pigeon to Owl, fill empty seats. They write their own clues, guess, and try to intercept. If a friend drops out mid-game, a bot holds the seat until they are back.
