The Fuel Surcharge Calculator app is used to determines an additional, fluctuating fee applied to shipping or transportation costs, designed to offset volatile fuel prices. It calculates the surcharge amount based on current fuel price changes compared to a baseline, as a percentage of the base rate. All calculations can be saved with a Client Name for future reference, and a photo can be attached as evidence of pump price.
