IQ Testim treats an intelligence test as a MEASUREMENT, not a game.

ADAPTIVE DIFFICULTY An IRT (Item Response Theory) engine re-estimates your ability after every answer and picks the next question accordingly. You don't waste time on questions that are too easy, or drown in ones that are impossible.

NOT A SCORE — A MEASUREMENT Every result comes with a confidence interval. Not "IQ 118" but "118, 95% interval 110–126". Where the measurement isn't certain, we don't pretend it is. Tests answered too quickly are flagged as low-validity and never count toward your best score.

MATRIX QUESTIONS THAT NEVER RUN OUT Matrix puzzles are generated on the fly. However many times you take the test, you won't meet the same puzzle twice — so the measurement keeps measuring thinking, not recall.

IT TELLS YOU WHY YOU WERE WRONG Not just "incorrect": did you apply the rule in reverse, go one step too far, or repeat the neighbouring cell? It names the actual mistake.
