Athletics Carnival is the complete results management system for school athletics carnivals. Built for teachers and officials, it replaces paper-based recording with a fast, reliable digital system that updates the leaderboard in real time.

For Admins Set up your carnival in minutes. Import your student list and events via CSV, configure houses with custom colours and logos, and manage everything from a clean dashboard. Monitor results as they come in, verify every event has been submitted, and export the final results at the end of the day.

For Officials Find your event, mark attendance, and record results — all in a few taps. Track events work with heats and automatic time rankings. Field events support three attempts with foul detection. High jump tracks bar heights and clearances. Every result syncs instantly to the leaderboard the moment it's saved.

Live Leaderboard Watch house points update in real time as results come in. View the overall standings, break it down by age group or category, find your top performers, and see the age group champions for each year level. A dedicated projector mode lets you display the leaderboard on a big screen for the whole carnival to see.

Ribbon Distribution Track ribbon handouts as you go. The ribbon distribution screen shows every 1st, 2nd and 3rd place result, lets you mark each ribbon as given with a single tap, and gives you a full ribbon collection view for each student.

Schedule & Timetable Import your carnival timetable via CSV and every official can see what's happening now, what's coming up next, and where each event is located. Events link directly to the results entry screen so officials can jump straight in.

Novelty Events Running a tug of war or sack race? Novelty events are house-based — just assign points directly to each house and they flow straight into the leaderboard.
