THE DIAL-IN COACH Just tell BrewPilot how your shot tastes — too sour, too bitter, too watery. The coach analyzes taste, extraction time and your session history together and gives you one concrete instruction: "Set your grinder 2 clicks finer." It detects contradictions (sour AND slow? Then grind isn't the problem), notices when you're bouncing between sour and bitter, and shows how close you are with every shot. Most beans are dialed in within 2–4 shots.
