Grove helps parents build better habits with their kids — through points, chores, goals, and a little friendly accountability.

Parents set up a household once: add children, configure daily point awards, create chores with point values, and define goals with a point threshold. When a child earns enough points, they redeem their goal. Grove makes the invisible visible — kids understand exactly where they stand and what they're working toward.

KIDS ON SHARED DEVICES — PIN MODE Grove works on a single shared family device. Parents assign each child a 4-digit PIN. On the shared device, each child taps their own avatar, enters their PIN, and lands on their personal dashboard — no Supabase account, no email address, nothing to remember but four digits.

The child dashboard shows current points, active goals with progress, and a history of recent activity. Kids can see what they've earned. They can't edit anything.

SYNC & DATA Grove syncs across devices in real time using Supabase. Two parents on separate iPhones see the same household data. CloudKit is used for device-level preferences and PIN storage. Child PINs are stored in the device Keychain — they never leave the device.

PRIVACY Grove is designed with children's privacy in mind. Children never create accounts or enter credentials as authenticated users. All child data is owned by the parent account. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used. Data resides in your personal account and on-device storage.
