Orderfood is an order management app built for tablets that gives restaurant staff full control over incoming orders in real time from their orderfood.se account

Real-time order overview See all active orders in a clear grid. Each order shows status, delivery method, optional items and payment method. Sound notifications alert you when new orders come in so that no order is missed.

Smooth status management Move orders through the entire flow - from pending to confirmed, cooking, ready for pickup or delivery, and delivered. Cancel or refund with a few taps.

Order history with filters Browse past orders filtered by date, status and delivery method. Perfect for reconciliation and follow-up.

Menu management Mark items as sold out or hidden directly from the app, so that the menu on the website is updated immediately.

Time management Set expected delivery and pickup times. Adjust times per order or set default times for pickup, delivery and Wolt.

Bluetooth receipt printer Connect a Bluetooth receipt printer and print order receipts automatically or manually. Support for multiple printer types.

Pause function Temporarily pause order taking during high load - customers will see that the restaurant is not accepting new orders at the moment.

Support for multiple restaurants Do you manage multiple restaurants? Easily switch between them in the settings.

Multilingual The app is available in Swedish, Danish and Polish.

Orderfood works together with the Orderfood web platform where customers place their orders. The app requires an Orderfood account.
