ZuoyeXian：An all-in-one app for managing family study tasks and iPad screen time. Featuring a positive incentive loop: “complete study tasks → earn points → redeem rewards”. It encourages kids to finish learning tasks independently, redeem iPad usage time reasonably, and develop good study habits and proper iPad usage routines.

【Study Task & Schedule Management】 • Quickly create study tasks and schedules, supporting one-time and recurring cycles. • Kids can submit tasks for check-in, with approval and evaluation available via self-review or parent review. • A timeline clearly displays task check-ins, evaluations and overall completion status.

【Points & Redemption】 • Points are automatically granted once study tasks are approved. • Points can be redeemed for iPad usage time (unlock Screen Time restrictions), Game time and Allowance (record-only). • Parents may flexibly configure point rules to match different family habits.

【Data Statistics】 • View statistics for the current week, current month, and custom time ranges. • Task completion trend chart with color-coded status: on-time, late and overdue. • Redemption trend chart categorizes and displays iPad usage time, Game time and Allowance.

【iPad Screen Time Management】 • Built on Apple’s official Screen Time framework with three flexible configurable modes. • Lock Mode: Enabled by default daily, configurable to block games and entertainment apps. • Study Mode: Activated by redemption when daily tasks are incomplete, keeping educational apps accessible. • Free Mode: Unlocked after all daily tasks are completed, with optional mild restrictions or full access. • Automatically returns to Lock Mode when allocated time expires, no manual operation required from parents. • User Guide：https://homeworkfirst.github.io/Policies/help-en.html

【Multi-user Support】 • Create one admin account and multiple child accounts on a single iPad, with independent password management for each child. • Dual-role view: Parents switch to admin view via management password for configuration and task approval; children use standard role to complete task check-ins. • All data syncs automatically via iCloud across devices under the same Apple ID. Parents can manage settings and approve tasks on iPhone, while kids complete task check-ins on iPad.

【Privacy Protection】 • All data is stored only on your local devices and Apple iCloud. • No third-party servers, analytics SDKs or ad SDKs are used. • Speech recognition runs fully locally; no audio data is uploaded. • No personal identifiable information is collected.
