USE THE DATA YOU ALREADY HAVE

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Ovuly can use wrist temperature, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data recorded by Apple Watch. These signals add context to your cycle history and improve Ovuly's forecasts. You can also export menstruation and spotting data back to Apple Health.

Ovuly Plus unlocks period, fertile window, and ovulation forecasts, personalized insights, full symptom logging, and advanced calendar features. Look up to 12 months ahead, compare cycle lengths over time, and spot patterns in how you feel.

The basic cycle view, phase summaries, quick logging, and phase guide remain free.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

You do not need an account or email address. Ovuly has no server that stores your cycle history. Your data stays in your own iCloud account and syncs across your devices with end-to-end encryption. Apple Health and iCloud sync are optional, and Ovuly never sells your data.
