Precise Park Link (C.Link) is a smart parking support application designed to help users quickly report, track, and manage parking-related issues through a simple and secure interface. Users can sign in using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO), and new users can request access directly within the app to begin submitting issues for authorized parking locations. The dashboard provides a real-time overview of submitted tickets, including open, in-progress, and resolved requests, along with detailed status tracking. Users can create new service requests or report urgent outages, with an integrated AI chatbot guiding them step-by-step to capture relevant details such as parking location, issue description, time, and optional image attachments (e.g., broken gates or terminals), which are then used to generate support tickets in the backend system. The app also provides notifications to keep users informed about updates and status changes to their requests, ensuring transparency and efficient resolution of parking-related issues.
