Lazy Step rooms can read step totals from Apple Health after you grant permission. Room owners can decide whether the room accepts all supported step entries or uses a stricter mode that ignores manually entered step samples where Apple Health provides that information.

Sweat Zone rooms can read burned-calorie totals from Apple Health after you grant permission. Room owners can choose between active burned calories and all burned calories reported by the supported health source.

Different Body rooms use limited body-progress inputs for private challenge scoring. Raw weight entries are designed to stay private to the participant, while derived progress and room rankings may be visible inside the room.

ViedME is built for private group competition, not medical advice. It is not a medical, nutrition, diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation, or fitness coaching service. Health and activity data is used for challenge features only.
