LiteSugar: Glucose Log

LiteSugar is a local-first blood glucose logging app. Record fasting, pre-meal, post-meal, bedtime, and random readings, track HbA1c, add diet and exercise notes, sync with Apple Health, and review trends grouped by meal context.

【Quick glucose logging】 Log readings with scene, meal type, time after meals, tags, and notes—such as fingerstick, dining out, exercise, or late nights. Switch between mmol/L and mg/dL.

【Diet & exercise】 Attach meal photos and notes to glucose entries, or log exercise separately to review how daily habits relate to your readings.

【HbA1c tracking】 Record HbA1c lab results and view long-term changes for follow-up visits.

【Apple Health】 With your permission, import blood glucose from Apple Health and optionally write manual entries back for a unified view.

【Trends】 Review trends by breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, fasting, bedtime, or random readings across 7, 14, 30, 90 days, or all history. Charts show scatter points with your custom target range, plus summary stats such as average and in-range rate.

【Target ranges】 Set custom fasting, post-meal, and bedtime ranges in Settings. Records and charts reflect low, normal, and high status accordingly.

【Privacy first】 Your data stays on your device by default. No account is required. Data is not uploaded unless you export, enable iCloud sync (Pro), or authorize Apple Health.

【LiteSugar Pro (optional)】 Upgrade to unlock file import, CSV/PDF export, Face ID app lock, and private iCloud sync. Core logging, Apple Health sync, and basic trends remain free.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed in App Store account settings. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
