• Checklists & templates you control — Start from UK‑oriented defaults or build your own. Use them for compliance-style checks or any recurring on‑site routine. Apply templates to new jobs in seconds; add ad‑hoc checklists when a job doesn’t fit a template.
• Pass / fail / N/A + photos — Record checks clearly; require photos on fail when you need proof. Optional snags with photo markup for issues that aren’t a simple pass/fail.
• Receipts & evidence on the job — Snap receipts and photos against the same record — fewer scraps of paper back at the van. Optionally flow receipt details into business expenses for your accounts view.
• Clients — Contact details, addresses, jobs, quotes, invoices, and reminders in one place (Free plan: up to 3 active clients; paid plans: unlimited).
