I purchased the subscription about 3 weeks ago; however, each time I go to log in I am taken to the main webpage where my only option is to re-purchase a subscription. I have verified that my subscription is active under my subscription section on my phone. In addition on the page requesting me to purchase a subscription it continues to advertise that there’s an app on Apple Pay, even though the only way I got to this page was by using the app I downloaded on Apple Pay. They have taken my money, but I have not been able to access the app or use it or even find a way that I can contact someone to let them know of the issues and get help.

We have been using this as a web page for a few months. It's been a game changer for us. I'm so happy there's now an app because I get notifications on my iPhone now. I was a little annoyed when my lawyer told me to use this webpage but the app makes it so easy. This literally keeps him from cursing me out because he knows the Court is watching. With one click I can print out all those text messages from my lawyer. Love it!!
