How it works

1. Add your baby's age in weeks, both parents' work status, and your night window.
2. Tap Generate Schedule.
3. Each parent gets a clear block: when they're on, exactly which feeds they cover, and one handover.

The schedule uses age-based feeding-interval guidance from newborn through 24+ weeks, and a fair split that balances total feeds and total awake hours.
