It began as a companion for servers, and it still is the fastest way to take an order at the table. But Vrestro can now run the whole outlet on its own — take the order, print it to the kitchen, settle the bill and read the day's numbers, with no computer on the counter at all.

NEW: MOBILE-ONLY MODE

Run your restaurant entirely from a handset. No desktop till, no print server, no extra hardware beyond the thermal printers you already own.

• Print straight from the phone. Kitchen tickets (KOT), bar tickets (BOT), estimate bills and tax invoices go directly to your network thermal printers over Wi-Fi — the phone talks to the printer itself. • Station-wise routing. Every item reaches the right printer on its own: kitchen, bar, or any station you set up. Starters to the kitchen, drinks to the bar, in one confirm. • Set printers up in the app. Give each station its printer, send a test print, and see immediately whether it worked — without touching a computer. • Reprint when paper jams. Any ticket can be sent again from the kitchen board.

ORDERS AND TABLES

• Send orders to the kitchen in a few taps — no paper tickets, no misread handwriting. • See which tables are occupied and what each one owes, updated live. • Add to a running table without reprinting what the kitchen already has. • Browse by category, pick variations and add-ons, and attach a guest's special request to a dish or to the whole order. • Move an order between tables, split off items, or cancel a line — the kitchen is told either way.

THE KITCHEN, ON SCREEN

• A live ticket board: what has been sent, what is being cooked, what is ready. • Mark items done as they leave the pass, so servers know without asking.

SETTLE THE BILL

• Cash, card, bank transfer, cheque, FonePay QR and NepalPay QR — including split payments across more than one method. • Sell on credit to a known customer, take a part payment now and record the rest as due. • Add a discount, add a customer on the spot, and print the invoice.

CUSTOMERS AND CREDIT

• Keep a customer list with contact details and credit limits. • See at any moment what is owed to you and what you owe your suppliers. • Collect a due and print a receipt for it.

RUN THE BUSINESS FROM THE SAME APP

• A dashboard for the shift: sales, expenses, net income, transactions, and what is running low in the store — for today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or any date range you pick. • Reports on sales, items, staff performance and more. • Manage the menu itself: items, prices, categories, units and printing stations, all editable on the phone. • Track stock, record purchases, keep a vendor ledger, and get told when an item is nearly out. • Shift summaries showing what each member of staff took. • Staff accounts with per-screen permissions — a server sees the tables and the kitchen board, and nothing they do not need.

BUILT FOR A REAL FLOOR
