All service requests are reviewed by a dispatcher before being assigned. The dispatcher evaluates the details, may contact the customer to confirm the situation, and ensures the correct service and pricing are defined before a technician is dispatched.

Once confirmed, the request is assigned to a nearby driver technician who travels to the customer’s location to complete the service.

During the process, customers can track service status updates and monitor the technician’s location in real time.
