Wind Meter+ shows live wind speed and direction from two sources: the nearest Open-Meteo forecast, or a beta estimate through the iPhone microphone. Switch at the top. The gauge reads sustained speed, peak gust, Beaufort class, and pressure.

Activity advisory grades drone, sailing/kite, cycling, small-craft, and outdoor comfort as Safe, Caution, or No-go. Optional wind alerts fire when gusts cross your threshold.

Point the mic edge into the wind with no case if you use mic mode. For critical readings use a dedicated anemometer. Units: km/h, mph, knots, m/s.
