SleepTrace uses your iPhone's microphone to record audio all night and detect your sleep phases using Machine Learning. No wearable needed — just your iPhone next to the bed.

SLEEP PHASE DETECTION (ML-POWERED) • Detects: Awake, Light Sleep (N1), Deep Sleep, REM • Based on audio analysis (Mel spectrograms + CoreML) • Classification every 30 seconds • Sleep phase timeline after every night

SMART ALARM • Set a wake-up window (e.g. 6:30–7:00) • SleepTrace wakes you in the lightest sleep phase • Result: Wake up naturally, less groggy • Choose from different alarm sounds

SOUND DETECTION • Detects loud events: snoring, coughing, talking, ambient noise • Saves short audio clips with labels • Listen in the morning to what happened at night • Decibel measurement included
