If they reply "yes," the appointment is confirmed; "no," and it’s cancelled. Statuses update automatically. After the visit, Capso gently reminds the client about you: "Time to book another appointment." Did a client get a manicure and then disappear? The app will bring them back—you won't have to remind them yourself.
