We can no longer sign in and remotely control our home. Update! Customer service was great and helpful and was fixed. Also one of your fans went out. Need to warranty it. They warrantied the fan and was covered. New fan motor arrived in just days.

The app works and the new dashboard looks a bit better, but making a whole new app instead of updating the original feels unnecessary. I had to redo all my Short shortcuts, and they can be inconsistent when activating. the device control page also is mostly unchanged. Overall, it works, but the transition makes it more inconvenient than it should be.
